The hotel was clean and ideal with great wi-fi. The rooms were impressive and perfect, equipped with a chair and a lounge area. Unbeatable and favourable location very close to the shopping center, met all requests.

The hotel was spotless and had affable staff who tended to our needs in a prompt and curtious manner. We had an a double room with magnificent views. The location was particularly good and unbeatable in a pretty quiet area, right by the metro and shops nearby, the shopping area of ginza, and Ginza-ichome subway station.

The private parking was onsite, GOOD service. This hotel had a central position close to different metro stops.

The location was marvellous, not too far from Kabuki-za. The room was neat and brand-new, I had central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and supper friendly, the accommodation was stylish and clean. We have booked double room with the shower, splendid view, for instance for 3 nights. Hotel's location was particularly good as it was close to a subway station.

The hotel is fairly large with pleasant and really good staff members. Family atmosphere, even so some people working here are not that friendly. New-fashioned decent sized rooms, they are provided with TV and bigger beds, as for instance.

Pretty expensive breakfast, it should be better.

The location for Tokyo was marvellous and fantastic, near a metro stop across the road, tsukiji fish market and the shopping area of ginza and a convenient neighbhorhood and several metro lines. Furthermore, in the centre of the city. Appreciated clean room for family w kids, felt like we where home. The breakfast was marvellous and satisfactory, the check in was quick.

It is a functional building, the rooms are neat in modern decor. You will find air conditioner and a lounge.

Everything was great, no complaints, I would recomand it. The restaurant was great for dinner, I tried warm dishes. Its staff was personable and cordial.

Everything was nice, and the breakfast was amazing except for the fresh juice. The location of the property was good - not too far from a sprawling wholesale fish market. The hotel was set in a pretty quiet area. And it was nestled close to a metro station.

had an amazing stay at this small hotel in ginza! the room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and a great bathroom. loved the convenient location near subway stations and lots of restaurants. staff was friendly and helpful. will definitely come back for my next trip to tokyo!
